Here's another avatar creation site that I think is a little easier to use: facyourmanga.com is free and you don't need to register.

Tried wordpress as I'd previously used blogger.com Wordpress is nowhere near as easy to use. Can't manage to paste in my avatar (what a hoot to use) despite using help.
